A renewal affiliate subscription will become effective on the first day of each anniversary date for each year following receipt of the advertisement package order, this agreement, and the affiliate subscription payment, and will automatically renew on each anniversary date for a twelve month term. The subscription and this agreement will remain in effect so long as annual affiliate subscription fees are paid. Either party may terminate this agreement, effective on the next renewal date, by at least 30 days written notice to the other party. Fees may be raised or lowered by written notice to the affiliate subscriber, given at least three months before the renewal date. Affiliate subscription renewals must be paid on or before the renewal date or the affiliate subscription will be cancelled.
